Nitika has done an M.Sc in Child Development with specialization in Early Childhood Care and Development from the prestigious Delhi University.
She also holds a Masters degree in Education. She has two decades of experience in the field of Early Years Development and Education.
She has worked as a teacher trainer and facilitator in different cities of India and abroad.
